Cancellation/Refund Policy

We require a 3 day (72 hour) cancellation notice to issue a refund for all paid guest seats.

Notice must be received 3 days (72 hours) prior to the actual event date.

The non-refundable deposit will be forfeited.
If a client cancels a party within the 3 day (72 hour) cancellation window:

Refunds will be issued to everyone that purchased a seat.

Clients have the option to reschedule the event for a later date for a $10 rescheduling fee in lieu of receiving a refund for all paid seats.

Clients can request a gift certificate to be applied to a future private paint party.

The non-refundable deposit will be forfeited.
If a client cancels a party outside of the cancellation window:

If a party is cancelled outside of the cancellation window, we will not be able to issue any refunds or gift certificates.

Outside of the cancellation window is anything less than 3 days (72-hours) prior to the event date.
